Job duties include:

Provide accounting services for various clients including bill pay, payroll, and monthly financial statement preparation. Assist with the preparation, maintenance and examination of current financial reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Maintain records and bookkeeping of assets, liability, and financial situations of clients. Assist with preparation of tax returns including monthly sales tax, payroll taxation, and compliance with reporting and payments. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Process and post invoices. Assist with document audits, budget controlling, and forecasting, including periodic reporting. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Minimum Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, with coursework in managerial accounting.
